2. Products and services
MbroideryHouse offers custom-made and personalized embroidery products.
All personalized products are made to order according to the specifications provided by the customer.
3. Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided (including spelling, names, sizes, and design choices) is correct.
Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled if production has already started.
4. Prices and payments
All prices are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other available payment methods shown at checkout.
MbroideryHouse reserves the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
5. Personalized products and returns
Because our products are personalized and made specifically for you, returns or exchanges are not accepted for personalized items, unless the product is defective or an error was made by us.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@mbroideryhouse.com with clear photos of the issue.
6. Shipping and delivery
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless stated otherwise.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping provider. MbroideryHouse is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including images, texts, logos, and designs, is the property of MbroideryHouse unless stated otherwise.
It is not permitted to copy, reproduce, or use any content without prior written permission.
8. Liability
MbroideryHouse is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
9. Governing law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
